About Buscrates:

Buscrates is a DJ, musician, and vinyl junkie from the Steel City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has a wide range of inspirations, the most influential are the drum machine and synth heavy grooves of early-mid 80s boogie and the sample laden, neck snapping MPC sequences of early 90s hip-hop.

His productions can lean one way or the other, or be a mixture of both. In addition to his vast knowledge of music, he has lately become known for being an analog synthesizer aficionado. Buscrates home setup includes a Rhodes, Clavinet D6, several Moog synthesizers, and many others, a quantum leap of sorts from the minimal setup on which he began producing tracks: an Ensoniq EPS sampler, an off-brand DJ turntable, and stacks of records.

About slowdanger:

slowdanger is a Pittsburgh based, multidisciplinary performance entity founded in 2013 by co-artistic directors taylor knight and anna thompson. They use electronic instrumentation, vocalization and choreographic, improvisational and contemporary dance/performance frameworks to create work at the intersection of movement, sound and technology. Their performance work largely centers the body and researches its relationship to other bodies, the environment, sensory information, technology and the unknown/unknowable. The name, slowdanger, was inspired by the road signs that signify a demolition of old surfaces to build upon the remnants. They continue to return to this overarching concept cyclically in performance creation; rebuilding, slowing down to examine the remains and re-imagine new futures. slowdanger’s performance work has been featured across the United States and Canada in venues ranging from proscenium theaters and galleries to nightclubs and dive bars. From directing music videos to scoring plays, slowdanger transforms its shape to adapt to a variety of different containers. About Daniel Nayberg:

Daniel Nayberg is a danish modular synthesist, producer, engineer, and music tech teacher. His latest endeavors include producing his band Meejah’s critically acclaimed debut album, building his own recording/mix-studio in Denmark, and releasing weekly modular tracks on YouTube. With the modular he focuses on live improvisation and the unique iterative workflow, working with a variety of genres. Daniel has toured USA, Denmark, Germany, Iceland, and Faroe Islands in the past, and is currently based in Pittsburgh.

About Gladstone Deluxe:

Gladstone Deluxe is a classically trained percussionist who has performed as a soloist at the Kennedy Center, a Producer/DJ with multiple works charted in the Beatport Top 10, a technical audio engineer at Facebook Reality Labs, and a sound artist creating interactive installations that combine spatial audio, motion and reactive electronic soundscapes. Gladstone was born and raised in DC, and is currently based in Pittsburgh.⁠ (Although he's about to move)
